Public Art Event - Boat Launch
Sunday June 5, 2pm - 5pm
“Anchor’s Away” will feature 100 masterfully painted fiberglass sailboats and woodies, or replicas of a classic wooden boat. Artists’ works of art will be unveiled Sunday, June 5th, at The Abbey Resort, Fontana, WI. before being docked in their port of call communities across Walworth County, WI for the summer. Family-friendly event cost is $10 which includes one cocktail, children 12 and under free. All proceeds benefit S.M.I.L.E.S. This therapeutic riding center for adults and children with disabilities serves over 300 challenged individuals per year with the majority of participants residing in southern WI and northern IL.
